Good communication...

Please make sure you and your own individual module OE especially M1, M2, M3 have a good communication. I don’t expect people escalate until my level and other bosses but actual scenario is wrong, and when  i checked with you also have no ideas. I could see some of you have a good communication with them, some are not. Please fix it. The person that might escalate to me first when module is running out of wafers is YOU.....so i trust on you guys when you are silence everything is okay, but yet still i receive from other module on shortages which at the end even myself cannot answer why that scenario happened ! Even worst when we were blamed for the wrong things. So if you really have good communication with them, not even we can save our area but challenge them if they wrongly blame to us.

Please don’t give to me a surprise. I really count on your commitment for this. Thanks.
